Grants of up to $15,000 and grants of up to $25,000 per year to California nonprofit organizations in eligible regions to support programs for families and children. Applicants are required to submit an online application form prior to the full grant application. Programs must serve residents of the Palo Alto area.
The Holiday Fund desires to support not only organizations that are providing services to families and children “in crisis,” but also groups that are engaged in efforts to strengthen families, neighborhoods and communities that might be considered preventative in nature.

It is anticipated that approximately 50 organizations will be chosen as semi-finalists.
- Program support grants: generally ranging from $500 to $15,000
- Child care capital grants: ranging from $500 to $10,000
- Multi-year renewable grants: ranging from $15,000-$25,000 per year
Multi-year renewable grants may be offered for up to three years.
