Grants of up to $10,000 to California charitable and educational organizations to improve the health of residents in eligible regions. Funding is intended to support programs or projects that advance health-related education and/or improve health in local communities. Eligible programs are those that serve residents in the Greater Sacramento Metropolitan Region.

For 2020-21 the Alliance BOD will consider individual awards ranging from $2,500 to $10,000.
Grants are awarded for one year with a one-year possible renewal. Organizations will not receive funding for more than three consecutive years.
