TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES WITHIN THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT WHERE YOUTH WILL BE ABLE TO GAIN A GREATER KNOWLEDGE OF THEMSELVES, THE WORLD, AND THE ENVIRONMENT AROUND THEM. TO DEVELOP PROGRAMS AND OPPORTUNITIES TO RAISE THE NEEDED CAPITAL TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THESE OPPORTUNITIES TO OTHERWISE DISADVANTAGED YOUTH. TO ESTABLISH RELATIONSHIPS WITH SCHOOLS AND OTHER SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES SO THAT REFERRALS CAN BE MADE FOR "AT-RISK" YOUTH TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE OPPORTUNITIES.
