THE IRVINE HEALTH FOUNDATION INVESTED IN A PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION KNOWN AS IRIS DIGITAL COMMUNITIES, PBC IN JULY OF 2017 TO PROMOTE TECHNOLOGY AND HEALTHY LIVING WHICH IS A DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE FOUNDATIONS CORE ACTIVITES. IN AUGUST OF 2020 THE FOUNDATION TRANSFERRED ALL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF IDC TO AGING WELL SOLUTIONS, LLC IN EXCHANGE FOR A 10% MEMBERSHIP INTEREST IN THE LLC.
